About a year ago, I was invited to work at Dan Smith's new shop he was about to open in Tustin, CA, Captured Tattoo. Shortly after, I moved from the Central Coast down to Orange County to work there. During the time I spent down south, I had the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing artists and made some new friends. Now, 10 months later, due to personal reasons, I've decided to cut my time short at Captured and make the move back up to San Luis Obispo, CA. I'm now working full-time at my studio on Higuera, San Luis Tattoo Co. along side the very talented, Eric Jones.
I'm looking forward to seeing familiar faces and friends in the town that I hold most dear to my heart. If you are interested in getting tattooed by me in San Luis, please fill out the form on the contact page.
If you have an in-progress tattoo from me in Orange County, email me to schedule for the next time I come down.
I've also confirmed some new travel dates on the travel page. There are more to come, so check back to see if your city gets added to the list.
As always, thanks for looking.
Finished this Traditional Eagle tattoo last night and I'm really happy with how it turned out. He asked for the ideal option for the space available. Sometimes it's as easy as saying, "I'd like an eagle on my chest." and that's it.
Also, I have a really big update coming in the next few days as well, so stay tuned.
I am back at Captured Tattoo after an amazing New Zealand trip with Dan Smith, Shaun Topper, Jim Sylvia, Beau Brady, and Todd Noble. Thanks to everyone to made the trip a success and to the NZ Tattoo Art Festival for treating us so well. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to take part in the journey.
After much thought, I've decided to bring my personal site back to keep everyone up to speed on my recent projects, travel plans and general happenings. Feel free to look around. I've updated the tattoo gallery and will be posting here on the blog frequently.
Concerning travel plans, due to the demand of my Central Coast clientele I will be making monthly trips to San Luis Obispo, CA after the first of the year, to work out of my studio, Horse and Stable (formerly San Luis Tattoo Co.). If you are interested in booking time with me, please go to the contact page and fill out the Appointment Request Form.
I am also, planning to do a guest spot at Monument Tattoos late February in Tallahassee, FL. I will post those dates on the travel page as soon as they are confirmed.
Aside from all of that, I recently had the honor of being the featured interview on tattoosnob.com. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, click HERE to read the article.
Thanks for looking. Check back soon for updates.
